Kanthari Tawa Fish 

  1. Fresh red chilly - 10 gm
  2. Shallots - 25 gm
  3. Garlic - 5 gm
  4. Coconut milk - 100 ml
  5. Salt - for taste
  6. Coriander leaves - garish
  7. King fish slice - 120 gm
  8. Coconut oil - 10 ml
  9. Lime juice - 0.5 ml
  10. Pepper - one pinch

 

Method

Make fine paste with garlic, shallots, fresh red chilly, lime juice, salt and pepper with mortar paste. Take a bowl, add coconut milk and mixture (paste). Mix well. Marinate the fish with mixture and keep in refrigerator for a while.

Heat a pan with little coconut oil and place marinated fish on it. Pour little water on it to prevent fish from burning. Cook the fish well. 

Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
